Job Details and other Requirements:



  • Directly handles orders processing and its related activities. Shall  attend to customer's inquiries and complaints.
  • Process orders (regular or special order transactions as per set parameters).
  • Informs stores for any non fulfillment of orders (e.g precut items, product substitution, etc.) and deviation on delivery requirements.
  • Review on OS Accounting Proof list. Communicates appropriate actions to be taken to serve affected store (e.g. special delivery, credit, re-order, etc.)
  • Coordinates with the Order Fulfillment Group (Inventory, Center- Operations and Transportation Dept.)  to effectively serve store orders.
  • Attends to customer's inquiries and complaints. Calls/checks and advise stores on issues/ problems that may affect operations (e.g. exclusion, stock recovery, pick-up etc.) Report to superior for any issues/ complaints reported by stores.


·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

·        Not more than 30 years old

·        Must be computer literate,

·        Can type at least 30wpm,

·        Has good oral & written communication skills.

·        Fast learner, smart, confident

·        Team Player  & Trainable

·        Can work under minimal supervision

·        Good interpersonal skills

·        Skills in problem-solving to deal with problems that customers have brought to their attention

·        Must be able to work under pressure even in an unpredictable manner

·         At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
