Job Details and other Requirements:

To qualify for this job, we are looking for the following attributes:

 

-        At least 2 years’ experience working in call center environment with proficiency on inbound and outbound calls or;

-        A fresh graduate with a technical/IT based college degree that speaks and writes exceptional English and has graduated with exceptional grades

-        Well organized and punctual

-        Available to work on a shifting schedule

-        Available to work overtime hours and additional shifts at the drop of a hat

-        Sound troubleshooting skills

-        Ability to work in an environment that can be very high volume at times
