Job Qualifications:

  Minimum Educational Attainment: Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate

Job Details and other Requirements:

To qualify for this job, we are looking for the following attributes:

          

-        Solid understanding and extensive experience of call center operations

-        Experience in developing and handling new campaigns, particularly relating to technical support

-        The ability to develop call handling scripts and flows

-        Experience in training new call center agents in phone etiquette and call handling

-        Experience in training new call center agents in accent neutralization

-        Experience in both inbound and outbound campaigns

-        Ability to document processes and training materials

-        Ability to work in an environment that can be very high volume at times
