What You'll Do:

·         Oversee and direct the activities of a number of Accounts along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to his account 

·         Work closely with the client and associated departments to ensure seamless including service level enhancement, program implementation, reporting as well as planning and review mechanisms

·         Maintain open line of communication between staff and senior management

·         Manages and staffs the operations assigned

·         Responsible for all aspects of operations which include but not limited to monitoring operations staffing, provide temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent clientele service, and problem resolution

·         Develop individual & team goals and implement plan to carry out objectives

·         Guide Operations Managers in meeting of all team & individual goals

·         Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures

·         Assist the VP for Operations in crafting operations procedures

What You Have: 

·         At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; preferably Senior Manager/Director specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent 

·         Demonstrable leadership skills and management of large workforce

·         Sound understanding of call center operations

·         Has handled at least 700-1,000 FTEs

·         Strong computer skills required, especially in using MS Office applications

·         Should have a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering on targets

·         Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills

·         Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high stress environment

·         Ability to build productive business relationships with clients

·         Strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills

·         Must possess a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude

·         Willing to work in Quezon City

·         Salary Range P120,000-P130,000
