Job Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

 

· Female, not more than 36 years old

 

· Graduate of any course for effective HR Management and Office Administration

 

· With at least 5 years solid experience in HR Management and Office Administration

 

· Background in Accountancy is an absolute advantage

 

· Preferably with experience in the IT industry

 

· Excellent in written and oral English communication

 

· Organized, detail-oriented and with strong sense of urgency

 

· Trustworthy, dependable and good team player

 

· Must be able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity

 

· With good interpersonal skills and pleasing personality

 

· Willing to start immediately

 

Job Requirements:

 

HR & ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS

 

· Maintenance of 201 files of all employees (staffs and officers)

 

· Facilitation of company activities like seminars, training, & meetings

 

· Recording & dissemination of minutes of meetings

 

· Handling of records management (contracts & applications)

 

· Management of Gov’t. required licenses, permits, etc. (SEC, Business, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF,

 

etc.)

 

· Facilitation of the entire hiring process from prospecting to issuance of contracts, supplies and

 

orientation

 

ACCOUNTING

 

· In charge of book keeping and other accounting records

 

· Payroll management

 

· Petty Cash management

 

· In charge of issuance of PO to suppliers, invoicing and collection management

 

TIMEKEEPING

 

· Management of Employee daily time records, leave applications, overtime, reimbursements,

 

etc.

 

· Attends to queries of employees regarding timekeeping issues and concerns

 

· Ensure compliance with and implementation of timekeeping records
