  Salary: 20-30k Location Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines Category Accounting, Operations and Logistics Type Full-time Description What You'll Do: • Manage all day-to-day activities in WFM • Manage schedules and track data • Perform floor management of scheduling and service levels • Monitor key performance metrics throughout the business day to help diagnose emerging trends and adjust staffing as required • Accurately enter and maintain employee information • Create intraday correspondence: respond to intraday telephone and email contacts in a timely manner • Plan new-hire schedules: tracking shift availability and creating schedules for new employees • Report by Line of Business (LOB) as required What You Have: • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook • Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs including Aspect, Teleopti, Genesys.
