Job Responsibilities:

  • Response to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.

  • Provides assistance and guidance to lower staff.

  • Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time and quality input.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years continuous front-line service in a call center or retail environment.

  • Minimum: 6 months in a customer service role

  • Completed 2 years in college (any course)

  • Willing to work in Ayala, Taguig, SM Aura
