Duties & Responsibilities:

  • identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with human resources department;
  • design and expand training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs;
  • conduct appraisals, produce training materials for in-house courses, compile & present information and evaluate training & development programmes;



  • preferably a Bachelor's degree holder of any 4 year course; Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course is an advantage
  • either Male or Female
  • preferably Single
  • with at least 1 year working experience in the same field
