Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales by developing new and existing clients through clienteling
  • Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by developing excellent customer relationships
  • Proactively generate and share ideas with Selling Manager on ways to develop and maximize sales to achieve or exceed goals
  • Develop strong communication and working relationships with Corporate Buying Office regarding specific needs, opportunities, sizing and customer requests to target future growth
  • Maintain readiness standards by ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming selling environment
  • Participate in annual inventory and inventory preparation
  • Other store initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of  experience in sales and marketing
  • Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota
  • Ability to read and understand sales reports
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred
