JOB DESCRIPTION:

Training Program Preparation and Implementation

  1. Promotes all training programs to all dealers through branch postings, meetings, assemblies and other gatherings
  2. Prepares, updates and posts schedule of training programs
  3. Checks that all logistics requirements of the training (venue, equipment, training materials and training schedules) are prepared
  4. Recommends promotional strategies and activities needed fordealers to increase branch revenues
  5. Recognizes active participation of dealers in training programs conducted
  6. Conducts training programs that focus on dealer development

Recruitment Monitoring

  1. Assists and accommodates all new recruits endorsed by dealers
  2. Strategizes in-house promos and branch activities to increase number of recruits
  3. Conducts fieldwork (Opportunity Meeting, House-to-House recruitment) whenever necessary

Facilitation of  Branch Activities

  1. Prepares all logistics and materials needed for all branch activities
  2. Cascades branch activities and existing promos effectively through branch postings, text blast and other branch gatherings
  3. Informs concerned dealers about branch activities
  4. Facilitates program and checks that line-up of activities are completed

Customer Service

  1. Welcomes customer warmly at all times
  2. Promotes effective working relationship with dealers and fellow employees
  3. Addresses concerns of dealers promptly
  4. Maintains composure in dealing with difficult customers all the time

Administrative Efficiency

  1. Submits required reports promptly
  2. Safe keeps all training materials and equipment (process guide, handouts, laptop, DLP, DVD, speakers and chairs)
  3. Assists BDM in facilitation of branch meetings whenever necessary
  4. Submits Recruitment Monitoring Report to BDM, SBDM, and RBDM daily
  5. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Coordinates with Sales , Promo and Events Department and Asikaso Action Center

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Graduate of any Business/AB course
  • Preferably with experience in training or teaching, handling customer service and has a background in the sales industry
  • Excellent Presentation skills, Adapt with computer enhancements
  • Can handle pressure and can work with minimum supervision, has high stamina
