·         Must be a graduate of any 4 years college course

·         Must have at least 2 years experience as FOC Splicer

·         Must have knowledge in FOC technology and familiar with FOC tools/equipment as well as its usage.

·         Must have knowledge in FOC testing and troubleshooting.

·         Must have knowledge in different types of FOC closure and its usage.

·         Preferably with driving skills and professional driver’s license.

·         With good communication skills

·         Must be at least 21-35 years old

·         With good moral character
