Call Center Agents Needed for Urgent Hiring


  • Must have finished at least 2 years of college education (Associatse/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree)of any course

  • Must have knowledge in MS Office and Internet Browsing

  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Can work well in a team

  • Willing to work on shifts/graveyard hours



  • For Technical Support Representatives

  1. Preferably with at least 2 years of college education in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication), Computer Science, IT or equivalent

  2. Relevant experience and background is an advantage


  • For Customer Service Representatives

  1. Any course

  2. Relevant experience in a customer-oriented environment or industry is preferred but not required


  • For Inbound Sales Representatives

  1. Relevant experience in sales and selling/upselling is an advantage

  2. Must be assertive towards customers especially in upselling
