Job Details and other Requirements:

  • Maintains proper records of all financial transactions.
  • Carry out the preparation of invoices and billings.
  • Ensures that all Books of Accounts are updated and properly recorded.
  • Carry out the preparation of the financial statements as required.
  • Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Ensures the daily deposits of all collections.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the Annual budgets with consultation to the Property Manager.
  • Handles liaison work with government agencies on matters relating to registration of books, payment taxes and license and submission of the needed BIR Requirements.
