Job Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • Candidates should have completed at least 2 years of college
  • Computer literate and proficient in typing
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiar with basic computer operations
  • Customer Service background is an advantage
  • Dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation.
  • Amenable to work on a graveyard shifts, shifting of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
  • Customer focused and patient in handling customer concerns
