Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Candidates should have completed at least 2 years of college
Computer literate and proficient in typing
Excellent communication skills in English
Familiar with basic computer operations
Customer Service background is an advantage
Dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation.
Amenable to work on a graveyard shifts, shifting of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
Customer focused and patient in handling customer concerns
