Supervises all activities of Mall Operations pertaining to Housekeeping Department.
Ensures strict implementation and compliance to established house rules and regulations of the mall.
Initiates actions necessary for the preparation, streamlining or possible changes and improvements of mall house rules and regulations.
Monitors and closely supervises all contracted agencies and janitorial personnel.
Reports promptly to departments concerned all mall equipments and facilities that require immediate repairs.
College Degree in any field
Preferably with 3 years of work experience specializing in Administrative Support, Mall Housekeping Management or Housekeeping in Hotels
If not from hotel/hospitality industry, administration background is acceptable as long he/she has experience in handling contracted agencies and janitorial personnel
