Job Details and other Requirements:

  • Responsible on the daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions for both offices in Cagayan De Oro.
  • Shall facilitate communication between Head Office and Cagayan De Oro (B-mirk and Nestle). 
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails, shipping and receiving.
  • Provide support for teams; staff travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years minimum administrative experience
  • Male or Female
  • must be LOCAL ( can speak English, Filipino, Visaya)
