Key Task Responsibilities
( IMPORT )
> Attend all import inquiries/prepare quotation for Agents/Clients both Air and Sea
in soonest possible time.
> Attend domestic inquiries/prepare quotation for shipment from MNL bound to different
domestic port both Air and Sea.
> Support import team on answering operational inquiries if PIC is not around.
> Monitoring / recording of new routing shipment, nominated or freehand.
> Maintain a line of communication with the internal and external clients.
> Provides report as required by the CS/Marketing Manager.
> Performs functions as may be assigned.
> Assisting all incoming call and transfer it to assigned PIC.
( EXPORT )
> Arrange booking of some BARROWED AWB shipments(such as ATIKO and SEAHAWK)
> Prepare request of AWB series from different Airlines.
> Monitor the issuance of AWB to operation.
> Prepare monthly FSC update and volume report for SSKMT shipment
> Attend export inquiries/prepare quotation both Air and Sea when PIC is not around.
