Job Details and other Requirements:



  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Process summaries of timekeeping records of employees, including leave credits, holiday pays and other premiums for payroll preparation.
  • Process membership application and update forms to BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG and HMO.
  • Assist employees in availing of government-mandated benefits and services and ensure the completeness of requirements and documents submitted
  • Maintenance of employee database and staffs' records
  • Monitor and apply employee's leave credits/ balances
  • Responsible for the continued development, coordination, communication and enforcement of the compensation, benefit and reward programs.
  • Must be willing to work long hours
  • Must be willing to work in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang
