Job Details and other Requirements:
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Process summaries of timekeeping records of employees, including leave credits, holiday pays and other premiums for payroll preparation.
Process membership application and update forms to BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG and HMO.
Assist employees in availing of government-mandated benefits and services and ensure the completeness of requirements and documents submitted
Maintenance of employee database and staffs' records
Monitor and apply employee's leave credits/ balances
Responsible for the continued development, coordination, communication and enforcement of the compensation, benefit and reward programs.
Must be willing to work long hours
Must be willing to work in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang
