A top-notched telecommunications corporation is looking for high-spirited and competitive individuals to fill in its Retail Assistant posts on its newly opened concept store at The District, Ayala Center Imus.


SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

1. General Customer Management / Service and Marketing
   
- Assist walk-in subscriber with their concern and queries
    - Markets all products and service to walk-in customers
    - Performs product demonstration based on product specifications
    - To do sales and aftersales transactions inside the store
    - Give immediate resolutions to all inquiries of all subscribers within his/her scope
    - Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team


2. Clerical, documentation and Logistics
    - Receiving new line applications and do the necessary evaluation
    - Accept, screen evaluate and approve documentation received from subscribers
    - Maintain neat and complete customer profiles and other essential documents for reference


QUALIFICATIONS
1. General Qualifications
    - Male or Female
     - Aged 21 to 30 years old
     - With pleasing personality and competitive corporate image and overall physical packaging
     - Can start immediately
     - Willing to be interviewed anytime (mobile phones should always be attended as initial interviews are done via phone)

2. Educational attainment

     - Graduate of any four-year course (preferably Mass Communications, Hospitality, Marketing or any Management-related course, other courses are welcome to apply as well)

     - Nursing graduates willing to pursue career in telecom and customer service are welcome to apply

  

3. Work Experience and Skills

     - At least three months to one year working experience with the same job description (retail, marketing, sales) is an advantage but not required

    -- FRESH GRADS welcome
     - With good command of verbal and written communications (both English and Filipino)

     - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, and Excel)
     - Has working knowledge in e-writing (encoding, answering emails and various uses of MS Outlook)
     - Must be assertive, competitive, confident, organized and puts strong attention to details
     - Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision


4. Area of assignment and work schedule

  • Willing to be assigned at Ayala Center Imus, for other areas PLEASE SEE LIST BELOW
  •  Willing to do overtime work whenever necessary
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule and on holidays and weekends if required
  •
