• The position is responsible in delivering short-term business ojectives of assigned brand, including revenue, profitability & market share.
• He/She will act as as NPD Manager, who takes charge in development, conceptualization, testing pof new product ideas in Cheese and Beverage , specifically focused on building business model, viable within the Kraft Philippines Business.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate with at least 4 years experience in brand/ project management work in an FMCG company.
• At least 6 years experience in consumer marketing, preferably with fast-moving consumer goods or consumer food industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and Leadership Skills
• Excellent experience in food category is preferred
• Graduate of Marketing or any Business Related courses is preferred.
