Responsibilities:

·         Assist clients with their healthcare insurance concerns through the phone

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course OR Minimum 2-years college level education with at least 6 months relevant work experience gained in a customer service-oriented environment
• Must be 18yrs old and above
• 200 Fulltime Positions available
• Bring 2 copies of resume

Good to Have Skills:

• Has very good customer service orientation
• Has very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has very good analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Operating schedule: any 8-hour shift between 8PM-8AM, Mondays to Fridays (weekends off!)
• Experience in the health insurance business will be an advantage (but not required)
