Meralco needs Customer Assistance Representatives to attend to the needs of our customers for our Business Centers strategically located in the CALABARZON AREA as follows: Alabang, Bacoor, Batangas, Calamba, Dasmarinas, Las Pinas, Lucena, San Pablo, San Pedro and Rosario.
The Customer Assistance Representative will handle the accounts for residential and general service customers in the processing of their service applications, inquiries, requests and complaints.
· Regular 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. work schedule and no work shifting
· Monday to Friday work schedule and weekend-off

Following are the requirements of the position:
• College graduate with good scholastic record
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Not more than 25 years old
• Computer literate – knowledgeable in basic computer applications, i.e. MS Office
• Must possess pleasing personality and very good interpersonal relations skills
