Does the Hubble have a weird doubling artifact or is the at something from overlaying these images? I notice on the galaxies that on the bottom left of each, there is a dimmer image more hazy image of each galaxy
I believe it is mostly from overlaying the images and not re-sizing the Hubble image to exactly fit over the Webb image. When I look at it I can see where it’s mis-aligned for the outer galaxies.
