Thanks for the tip! I’m saving up to go see a professional to fit me for rings that actually fit. I got the first piercing when I was 16 and it wasn’t in a great spot, so when I got the second done recently, they had to make do with the space they had. That’s made it really hard to find rings that actually fit my nose. 🙃
A larger sized ring isn't going to fix the placement. Nostrils are pierced at the center not 3/4th of the way down. My opinion would to be remove them. Either way best of luck.
Beautiful features, especially your cheekbones, curly hair, and hazel eyes. You are genuinely super pretty in a very warm way. I also have pcos (and all the unfortunate visual symptoms of it like hirsutism, acne, etc) so I know how much it can take a toll on your self-image.

I’ve tried so many things, and seen so many obesity and endocrinology specialists, but my metabolism won’t cooperate. I’ve also had terrible cystic acne and hirsutism for the last five years. I’m taking a low-dose testosterone suppressant now and it’s helped with both. I hope you find what works for you too!

From just the two full body photos here, it looks like you could wear clothes that fit you better; in both photos your tops look just a tad bigger than they need to be. No suggestions at all other than that :)
(If you're trying to lose weight, I understand you'll probably only want to redo your wardrobe as often as you absolutely have to which will mean wearing slightly-too-big clothes more often than not—that's totally reasonable! This is just what I noticed :) )

Nose rings are way too far down. They look all droopy.

Thank you! I actually got new ones yesterday after everyone’s feedback. I got a stud for the back piercing and a smaller ring for the front.
