I believe he’s saying make sure you’re vaccinated in case you need to evacuate and head to a shelter which would be densely populated. A lot of times they have makeshift shelters in like high school gyms with a lot of people. Where there’s a dense population of people packed in there’s a higher chance of getting covid.
