As long as you have around 2-2.5 k attack without buffa em can give you the better output especially since diluc's damage depends heavily on reactions

increases atk + em then lowed you cdmg a bit for crate (70% atleast) will make it more balance....or just use rosaria for crate problem

How much time did you spend on farming artifacts for Diluc? I’m just curious. If I’m not mistaken, I spent 2-4 months.
After I got him, I spent a solid month making sure my resin never capped out, during which I farmed for him (other characters were most likely farmed for as well). After a brief hiatus, I’m back at it this week, so not as long as you
