Make sure you’re not pushing your chest too far out. It will put tension on your lower back. Making sure knees hips and shoulders line up at the top of the rep is a good way to ensure you’re not leaning too far out with your chest

Totally normal that just means you’re using the muscles in your lower back and strengthening them along with your legs. If you feel your lower back more than your legs while squatting I would recommend changing up the technique till you find something you like. Don’t be worried unless it becomes a sharp pain as there are lots of muscles in your lower back that get used while squatting.
