SSS Contributions Inquiry Online or Via Text

Date Posted: Feb 4, 2015

Through today’s technology and because of the new e-service SSS provides, your SSS contributions are readily available at the tip of your hands anytime, anywhere. Now, you can view your contributions online or through texting. To do so, you only need to follow a few simple steps.

For online inquiry, register your account on their website: www.sss.gov.ph

After doing so, you now have access to your SSS account and you will now be able to check the status of your monthly or annual contribution. Other services, such as paying your contribution, are also available on their website.

For inquiry through texting:

Text inquiry, or Text SSS, is now available for members at P2.00 per text for Smart, Talk ‘N Text, and Sun Cellular subscribers and P2.50 per text for Globe and TM subscribers.

Step 1: Register your account on the SSS text service.

Just type SSS REG <your SSS number> <date of birth in MM/DD/YY format> on your mobile phone then send to 2600.

Example: SSS REG SSS REG 0337500398 10/26/79

After sending, you will receive a message from SSS with the PIN code you will use every time you make an inquiry through text so it is very important that you remember it.

Step 2: To check your contribution, type SSS CONTRIB <your SSS number> <PIN> on your mobile phone and send to 2600.

Example:  SSS CONTRIB 0337500398 1234

Keeping an eye on your membership contribution regularly is strongly suggested to make sure that they are credited to your account.
