Daily Minimum Wage Rates in Metro Manila

Metro Manila workers under minimum-wage have recently get P22 increase from their previous salary of P382.00 to now P404.00.

 

The National Wages and Productivity Comission (NWPC) have finally signed the petition for the P22 increase in minimum wages last June 22, 2010 and effective July 01, 2010.

a. Covers the Cities of Caloocan, Las Pinas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Paranaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon, San Juan, Taguig and Valenzuela and the Municipalities of Pateros.

 

b. Grants a P22.00 per day basic wage increase to all minimum wage workers in the private sector in the region.
