New Residential and Resort Facility to Open in Tagaytay City

Date Posted: May 22, 2010

The Roxas and Company property unit Roxaco Land Corp., is set to open a lavish P600 million worth of a residential resort in the heart of Tagaytay City.

Roxaco named their six hectare lavish and high end next tourist destination as Anya Resort and Residences.

In a statement, Roxaco said Anya Resort will provide accommodation and amenities such as dining, destination pool, and health gym and spa facilities for residents and guests. The residential segment is expected to be launched by the second half of 2010.

There will be 48 open lots available for sale with an average area of 450 square meters. As an added feature, buyers can choose from three pre-existing signature home designs.

Santiago Elizalde, senior vice president of Roxaco, said Anya will be different compared with other resorts as far as providing services are concerned. “Resorts normally only provide serviced accommodations to guests and not to residents but we thought differently. By extending full-serviced facilities to our residents, we truly live by our vision of redefining second home living through a luxurious, stress-free and hassle-free atmosphere,” he said.

“We will offer our residents an array of services, such as home spa treatments, as well as housekeeping, repairs and maintenance and rental management” he added.
