UST Global, one of world’s leaders in Information Technology and customer and business service assistance announced their need of 1,000 IT workers as they expand their facility in Manila.
The IT and Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm aim to get their 5,000 manpower target before the year’s end after they get higher demand for It and outsourcing services.
The US-based company show more interest in expanding here in the country as they find Filipino worker’s ethics exceptional and the government continuous support towards outsourcing industry.
“UST is grateful for the help and support from the government of the in establishing and expanding our presence here,” said UST’s chief operating officer Joe Nalkara.
“The natural cultural compatibility with US and time zone efficiency makes an important part of our growing Asian presence and long-term global strategy,” he added.
The newly established and renovated facility of UST will be promulgated on January 2010 which can house up to 5,000 employees. The new site is a state-of-the-art facility which aims to create a good work ambience for the newly hired employees.
