Canada’s business process outsourcing (BPO) giant TeleTech Holdings, Inc will hire additional call center agents as they open new sites in
TeleTech’s expansion is the consolidation of the company’s Teletech’s Global Business Services (GBS).
The first-class facility in EcoPlaza Build will house 300 seats which can accumulate hundreds of agents and administrative staffs.
The new TeleTech sites provides good working environment to its employees, giving them state-of-the-art amenities such as health clinics, break rooms, quiet rooms, and lounge and locker areas.
Senior vice president and chef operations officer for Asia, Richard Bledsoe said that the new site is a strategic step forward to further improving the global support that the Philippines provides for TeleTech worldwide.
“We believe that we will be able to retain many of our key employees with this consolidation and also attract new talented employees to help strengthen the global shared services that we provide to the worldwide TeleTech business.”
He added that TeleTech is focused on “refining business model and improving customer satisfaction to expand key accounts.”
“In this current environment where all businesses are experiencing some form of contraction, TeleTech is extremely well-positioned and has proven capabilities to positively impact the Philippine economy,” Bledsoe added.
As the largest BPO solutions provider in the country, TeleTech employs thousands, and manages millions of customer interactions each year.
