Greetings. I am Juan Dela Cruz, a fresh graduate of Great Achievers University where I took Business Management. I am interested in the position of Junior Account Executive that you posted in (name of site or newspaper where you saw the ad)

I have heard many positive remarks about your company, Mabuhay Pilipinas Inc. and being part of it would be a great opportunity. I am a college achiever in my previous university, graduated with honors as the class Suma Cum Laude. I believe that my skills and knowledge in accounting and business planning would be very essential for the company’s growth.

Thank you for considering my skills for the position. It would be my honor to be invited for interview to personally introduce myself and ability.

Respectfully yours, (Closing remarks)
